Can I Split My Order Between Two Children
Yes, we will be happy to split your order between multiple children as long as the labels being order are the same design.

How long does it take to process orders?
We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 business days of the order being placed. We do have times when orders can take longer then 3-4 business days, but we do strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible at all times.

We ship all US orders by USPS Flat Rate mail with package tracking. US customers can choose Priority or Express. Priority mail on average within the US arrives in 3-4 days once shipped. Priority mail on average within the US arrives in 2 days.
You will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number once your shipping label has been created for shipping. All orders can be tracked online at www.usps.com.
We ship Worldwide! North Pole, Singapore, Australia, we have no limits! We offer a variety of shipping methods for International customers. You can choose your shipping method upon checkout and your price will be calculate based on where the order is to be shipped.

Due to our products all being personalized and custom made products they can not be “returned” and we are unable to provide refunds. We automatically charge and withhold the applicable Oklahoma sales tax for customers within the state of Oklahoma.
